I understand that my registration is only partially complete online, and I must visit the leadership desk in person to have my official photograph taken. Furthermore, I acknowledge that duplicate submissions are strictly prohibited; any duplicate entries will be flagged by the system and will require manual resolution with the leadership board during a Sunday service.
