The Assemblies of God (A/G) Ghana Transformation Agenda is a visionary leadership blueprint spearheaded by General Superintendent Rev. Stephen Yenusom Wengam to spiritually, structurally, and physically modernize the church. It seeks to foster massive growth and revitalization across the country. The agenda is built upon Six Thematic Pillars, commonly known as the "6 Rs":

Implement sweeping administrative reforms, capacity-building, and restructuring across church leadership.
Elevate the denomination to the forefront of the Pentecostal-charismatic movement globally.
Enhance the church’s public image, media presence, and operational transparency.
